An outdoor celebration of life on the front green at Avalon Beach Bowling Club.
Free live music will be featured from Amish Tech Support and local bands Mother Superior, Flight Attendance and
The Rions, plus surf films on the big screen.
The participating groups include CCNB, Lifeline Northern Beaches, One Eighty, Walk ‘n’ Talk, Man Anchor,
Waves of Wellness, AA, Northern Beaches Rotaract, Avalon Youth Hub, Gotcha4Life, Making Meditation Mainstream,
and Northern Beaches Council.

We aim to raise awareness of the issues of
youth mental health and suicide, facilitate connections between youths and local mental health services,
and raise much-needed funds.
Entry is free. All ages.
No alcohol, drugs or smoking.
Donations are welcome.
There will be a silent auction and
raffles with amazing items.


The inaugural Precious Breath Festival is
a mental health community initiative,
proudly supported by CCNB,
Avalon Palm Beach Business Chamber and
Avalon Beach Bowling Club.
